Medical Coverage

Bereavement Leave
Full-time, year-round employees who experience a death in their immediate family are eligible for up to five days of paid leave. Immediate family members include: spouse, child, parent, stepchild, stepparent, sibling, stepsibling, parent-in-law, sibling-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, and domestic partners or significant others. Payment is based on eight hours per day at straight-time rates.
In addition we will grant time off for the loss of a family pet. In this circumstance, time off will be granted, and PTO should be used.
Paid Parental Leave
We prioritize our employees', recognizing the importance of supporting significant life moments. We're dedicated to assisting you throughout the journey of welcoming a new addition to your family. Our paid paternal leave of 4 weeks is available to full-time employees with at least one year of tenure, allowing you to bond with your newborn or newly adopted child without financial strain.
Sabbatical Leave for Executives
Recognizing the importance of fostering leadership and innovation, Sandestin Investments, LLC aims to promote creativity among its employees. The company policy allows eligible employees to take paid sabbatical leave for a designated period to focus on self-development. Exempt-level professionals at the Executive or Director level may request sabbatical leave after completing three years of continuous employment.
401(k) Plan
We prioritize employees' financial well-being and offer a robust 401(k) retirement plan. We match 50% of contributions up to 6% of salary to support retirement goals and provide valuable tax benefits
Spot Pet Insurance
